يمكنك طلب إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، وبحالته الأصلية، مع جميع البطاقات (Tags) والتغليف الأصلي وإثبات الشراء.

إذا وصل المنتج به عيب تصنيع، أو تالف، أو تم إرسال منتج غير مطابق لطلبك، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام، وسنتحمل جميع تكاليف الاستبدال أو الاسترداد.

أما إذا كان سبب الإرجاع هو عدم الرغبة في المنتج أو عدم ملاءمته، فيمكن إرجاعه بشرط استيفاء الشروط السابقة، ويتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع والاستبدال.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، يتم رد المبلغ يدويًا عبر InstaPay أو المحافظ الإلكترونية.

يرجى ملاحظة: لا يمكن قبول أي منتج تم استخدامه، أو غسله، أو إزالة بطاقات التعريف (Tags) الخاصة به، أو تعرض لأي تلف أو تغيير في حالته الأصلية.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.

If you wish to return the item because you changed your mind or it did not meet your expectations, you may do so as long as the above conditions are met. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed manually via InstaPay or electronic wallets.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been used, washed, had its tags removed, or is not in its original condition.
