نحن في Be-Thor نحرص على توصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن.

- تتم معالجة وتجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.
- تستغرق مدة الشحن عادةً 2–5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة وشركة الشحن.
- قد تختلف مدة التوصيل خلال العطلات الرسمية أو في حالات الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.
- بمجرد شحن طلبك، سيتم تزويدك برقم التتبع (إن وجد).
- يجب التأكد من صحة عنوان الشحن ورقم الهاتف قبل إتمام الطلب، حيث لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو عدم تسليم ناتج عن بيانات غير صحيحة.
